The Australian Lychee Industry Grading Guide has been funded by Hort Innovation using the industry levy funds with matched funding from the Australian Government. The printed guide has been mailed to all lychee growers and levy payers on the ALGA mailing list.
This guide can be used with any other lychee grading chart and is intended to be an informative and useful tool to assist growers when instructing their packing shed staff on the industry's grading standards.
