Ingredients
● 6 fresh lychees, peeled & seeded
● 100mL (2 parts) rosé wine
● 50mL (1 part) soda water
Method
1. Gently muddle lychees in the bottom of a glass.
2. Top with rosé wine and soda water. Gently stir to combine and serve!
